From the North – 93 South

• Take I-93 south.
• Take exit 20A (South Station).
• Proceed through three traffic lights (the first two are very close together - one at the top of the ramp, one immediately following).
• At the fourth light, turn sharp left onto Essex Street. 
• One Financial Center is the tower building on your left at the corner of Essex Street and Atlantic Avenue.
• The entrance to The Garage is on Essex Street.

From the South – 93 North

• Take I-93 north.
• Take Exit 20 (South Station).
• At the bottom of the exit ramp, turn right onto Kneeland Street.
• Proceed to the end of Kneeland Avenue and turn left on to Atlantic Avenue.
• At the second traffic light, turn left onto Essex Street.
• One Financial Center is the tower building on your right, on the corner of Atlantic Avenue and Essex Street.
• The entrance to The Garage is on Essex Street.

From Points West/Mass Pike (I-90)

• I-90 (Mass Pike) east into Boston.
• Take Exit 24A (South Station).
• Proceed onto Atlantic Avenue and go through two traffic lights.
• At the third traffic light, turn left onto Essex Street.
• One Financial Center is the tower building on your right, on the corner of Atlantic Avenue and Essex Street.
• The entrance to The Garage is on Essex Street.

Subway

• One Financial Center is located across the street from South Station on the Red Line.
